On the fig flavor and color diagram? Hardy Chicago is a Mt Etna type, so a punch berry fig. Eastern/English Brown Turkey (not California Brown Turkey) is I think generally considered to be a sugar fig, dark sugar, brown sugar fig. Brown Turkish fig would be a more clear name for this fig though it is by far most commonly known as Brown Turkey, one of two types of Brown Turkey fig: Eastern/English and California.
