Brooklyn White is an exceptional fig variety in ripening with yellow skin and red pulp in cooler more northern climes with short seasons. Brooklyn White skin can tend to the greenish or sometimes have golden or translucent pulp, but Brooklyn White figs often have yellow skin with red pulp. Strawberry-honey flavor.
